Welcome to the LAP World Tours Beyoncé Party Bus Experience! Please read the following terms carefully. By booking this event, you agree to the following policies:

AGE REQUIREMENT
   •    This is a 21+ adult event only.
   •    A valid government-issued ID is required at boarding.
   •    No minors will be allowed under any circumstances.

PAYMENT POLICY
   •    A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat.
   •    Early Bird Deposit: $25 launch special for bookings made within the first 72 hours of launch.
   •    Standard Deposit: $75 minimum after the promotional period ends.
   •    Final balance is due no later than June 20, 2025.
   •    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

   •    Roundtrip motorcoach transportation from DFW to Houston
   •    1 Signature drink
   •    Water, light snacks
   •    Branded LAP World Tours gift
   •    Beyoncé-themed party atmosphere onboard (music, games, good vibes!)

BYOB POLICY
   •    Guests are allowed to bring their own beverages.
   •    A $10 BYOB fee applies unless a bartender is provided by LAP World Tours.
   •    LAP World Tours is not responsible for any alcohol brought onboard by guests.
   •    Excessive alcohol use or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

BEHAVIOR & LIABILITY
   •    Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times.
   •    LAP World Tours reserves the right to remove any guest causing a disruption, with no refund.
   •    LAP World Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
   •    By participating, you agree to travel at your own risk and release LAP World Tours from liability related to delays, changes, or incidents during transportation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
   •    This is a non-refundable experience.
   •    If you are unable to attend, you forfeit all payments.
   •    No credits, transfers, or rain checks will be issued.

FINAL ITINERARY
   •    The final itinerary (departure time, pickup location, dress code, etc.) will be released 2 weeks before the event.
   •    Please ensure your contact information is up to date at the time of booking.
